WARRANTY

ALPHA PILATES PROFESSIONAL SYSTEMS guarantees that all fitness equipment meets high-quality construction specifications and provides:

• Limited lifetime warranty on stainless steel components.
• 5 years warranty for wooden construction.
• 2 years warranty for components made of aluminum.
• 1-year warranty for springs, straps, ropes, pulleys, upholstery, and wheels.

Warranty terms

• The warranty is valid as long as it presupposes proper use of the equipment and has not been misused, abused or modified parts that have not been approved by the company.
• The warranty is valid as long as the owner follows the correct maintenance of the machine as specified by the company.
• The warranty is valid only if the equipment is used only for its intended purpose.
• The warranty is valid only if the equipment is not stored or used outdoors without adequate climate/humidity control.
• The wallpaper warranty is valid as long as it does not have burns, cuts, dirt, stains, or damage to the wallpaper caused by abrasive, corrosive, or chemical cleaners.
• The warranty is valid as long as the equipment remains in the possession of the original purchaser.

* The guarantee is valid from the day of issuance of the invoice/receipt of the initial purchase. The company with the presentation of the invoice/proof of the initial purchase, after a relevant announcement of damage (see below) is obliged to repair or replace parts, provided that these parts malfunction due to defective materials or construction, according to warranty’s terms.

Damage Report

• In case of damage to the product you buy, you should contact the store merchant, who sold it to you, who will request the appropriate spare parts and/or return the product for repair or replacement.
• In case of return of the product to our company, it must be preceded by proper packaging to avoid damage to the product from transport.
• ALPHA PILATES does not recognize damages caused by transport and will not receive improperly packaged products.
• In case the under-warranty repair is carried out at the buyer’s place, there may be a call charge which determined by ALPHA PILATES
